Communications Expert, previous member of the e-Agriculture Community Team. Experience in raising awareness for rural development issues, and specializes in advocating the use of ICT in Agriculture and Rural Development. She is also one of the original founding members of the e-Agriculture Community of Practice. For over 7 years, she served as Communication and Promotion Officer for FAO’s Knowledge Exchange and Capacity Building Division. Previously, she served on the communication teams of various international organizations and U.S. government agencies. She currently serves as Treasurer ORBICOM, the worldwide network of UNESCO’s Chairs in Communications and is a Jury Member for the Globe Award’s Sustainability Innovation Award. She has also authored a number of e-Agriculture related articles and case studies.
