Close to two decades, I had experiences of working as consultant, coordinator and implementer of projects and programmes for public, private, & nonprofit organizations, farmers based organizations and small holder farmers in agricultural value chain activities; research, farm data development, outreach and demonstrations, extension advisory services, agribusiness incubation & training, and communication for development in fisheries, crops, livestock in Nigeria and ECOWAS sub-region with positive results on beneficiaries. Outcome were visible in community mobilization, upscale and adoption of technologies, policy reform, gender mainstreaming, establish stakeholders forum, research-extension-farmers-input linkages, dissemination through communication tools, value addition, marketing and entrepreneurship among men, women and youths. Within the period, I had working relationship with government at state and federal levels as well as agencies, SMEs, farmers based organization, farmers in rural and urban areas as well as international organizations like FMARD, ARCN, ADPs, AFAN, CAFFAN, NIWAAFA, AGAN, Y-PARD-GGI, NIFAAS, AESON, APDC, CORAF/WECARD, OKF, FAO, CTA, World Bank, IITA, AAIN, Suguba, among other. Also, I displayed competency in leadership, people’s skill, and transferable skill. Dr. Philip has worn grant from OKF and awards from Glooming Leaders for Agriculture, GIZ/NACCIMA agricultural show demonstration, CORAF/WECARD young research scientist nominee, and Institute governing board recognition on quality research productivity. I have over 40 publications in journals, communicate with video and policy brief.
