Scientific degree: Doctor of agricultural sciences of the Kirghiz Republic and Republic of Kazakhstan (1998г.).

 

Academic status: Professor of biology (2001г.).

 

Languages: Kyrgyz and Russian languages ​​speak fluent, English and German languages ​​I read, translate with a dictionary and explain myself at the household level, the Kazakh and Uzbek languages ​​understand and talk.

 

Education: In 1972 has finished farm management (zootechnical) faculty of Kyrgyz agricultural university named after K.I.Skrjabina, in 1984 Marxism-Leninism university at Central Committee of Kirghizia (I have the higher political education - the ideological worker), in 2005 the International organization of work (UN expert, Turin, Italy) I have a diploma on specialty of expert on the International state purchases of the World Bank and others.

 

Present work: Currently working President of the Association of producers and processors of meat Kyrgyz Republic - "Kyrgyz-Et". Prior to that, I worked as a National Consultant of FAO National Farm Animal Genetic Resources of Kyrgyzstan. Establish a national strategy and action plan to improve farm animal genetic resources of Kyrgyzstan.

 

Professional experience: 46 years. 1967-1972 study in Kyrgyz agricultural university named after K.I.Skrjabina. 1972-1973 – engineer in collective farm, 1973-1975-post-graduate student of Kyrgyz agricultural university named after K.I.Skrjabina, 1975-1981 - scientific employ of Academy of Science  Kyrgyzstan, 1981-1991 - the assistant, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer of Kyrgyz agricultural university named after K.I.Skrjabina, 1992-1996 –vice general director NGO in KG on animal industries of Ministry of agriculture of Kyrgyzstan and the deputy director on science of Kyrgyz veterinary and pasture department, 1996-2001- vice-president of the Kyrgyz agrarian academy, 2001-2007 - deputy director of the International Institute of Mountains, 2007 - present time - the head of the scientific project, the leading expert of the Centre of science «Innovative technologies in agriculture» faculty of innovative technologies and the professor of chair of biology of faculty of socially-humanitarian and natural sciences of the Kirghiz national agrarian university n.a. K.I.Skrjabina.

 

Area of scientific researches: genetics and selection of agricultural animals, biotechnology, genetic resources, ecology, working out of computer training programs, creation of a computer database of genetic resources and others.

 

Professional training: Supervised 2 PhD on genetics and 4 MSc students are prepared. Now I am a supervisor of 3 doctorate candidates and 4 post-graduate students (on genetics and biotechnology).

 

Participation in dissertational councils: the Member of interdepartmental dissertational council (Biologo-soil institute NAN KR and Osh Technical University MoE* КR) on protection candidate and theses for a doctor's degree on specialities - botany, zoology, genetics and ecology (since 2006) and doctor's dissertational council about genetics and selection Livestock and Veterinary Department (since 1998).

 

Experiences on scientific projects: Supervising studies of the project: «Working out of the training computer program on genetics and biotechnology», the executive of the project «Creation of an electronic database of genetic resources of Kyrgyzstan», the project head «Management of animal industries» in the Swiss scientific project "North-south" and others.

 

Participation in monitoring of projects development and implementation:

1. FAO National Consultant: "Improving the management of genetic resources in Central Asia" 2011- 2013;

2. The project on preservation of the environment of Kyrgyzstan for the period 2010-2012. (The joint project from the Peoples Republic of China in the area of SHOC, 2009-2010);

3. The project of development of sheep breeding in Kyrgyzstan for the period 1996-2001, World Bank (the head of group of project development, a member of the Governmental commission on project monitoring);

4. Project Institutional of development of local communities in high-mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan and reduction of poverty of FAO of the United Nations (2005-2007. It is developed by me and it is realised under my management - was the National co-ordinator);

5. The project creation of an electronic database of genetic resources of Kyrgyzstan (it is realised КAU and MoE KR, besides is presented to EU); 5. The project training to genetics and biotechnology at universities of Kyrgyzstan (it is presented to EU);

6. The project preservation of the environment in Kyrgyzstan (has 8 subcomponents, the project is approved and in 2010. Project development in the area of SHOC begins;

 

7. In a complex-rational use of land-water resources of Kyrgyzstan and the countries of the Central Asia for the period 2007-2017. ADB (three components on training, rendering of consulting services and scientific researches are developed);

 

8. The project of the World Bank «Knowledge - to village» (2002г.);

Since 2014 Member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Zoology and Entomology.           Member of Scientific technical council of ministry of education and science KR (since 2001) and the Chairman of advisory council on biological and agrarian sciences of MoE КР (since 2001), the FAO expert of the United Nations on genetic resources (since 2004), the National adviser of the World Bank in the Regional educational centre on state purchases (since 2003). The expert of the International association of scientists (INTAS, Brussels) on genetics, biotechnology and ecology (since 1997), a member of Presidium of a society genetics and selectors of Kyrgyzstan (since 1986) and others.
