水资源短缺与开心果困境
清晨，42岁的Maryam Gholam Alizadeh穿行在一排排开心果树之间。果园低矮而舒展，叶片努力捕捉晨间稀薄的湿气。
在这一公顷日益干旱的土地上，有700多棵果树需要她密切照管。她停下脚步，仔细观察叶片，又俯身查看下方的土壤，从这些细微迹象中做出判断，她不能出错。高温、缺水、污染，都可能让一整季的辛劳付诸东流。作为一名农民，尤其是一名女性农民，她深知在许多国家女性很难获得可靠的技术知识和专业培训，而这种知识和培训和水一样至关重要。
