World Food Safety Day / China, Macao SAR celebrates with a quiz challenge

Society of Food and Environmental Health (SFEH) invites everyone to test food safety knowledge with 15 fun trivia questions about essential food safety practices and the science behind them. The quiz provides instant explanations to boost understanding. Top scorers will win prizes.
An Educational Restaurant inside the University in Macau will celebrate World Food Safety Day by a joint activity coorganized by the International Food Safety Association (IFSA) and SFEH.
