The Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will be hosting an event titled "World Food Safety Day 2024" where individuals involved in food safety across the food chain can learn and share together. Participation is free, and attendees can join either in person or online. Additionally, there will be dedicated time for participant networking at the venue. We encourage everyone to participate enthusiastically and invite others to join as well.

The Keynote speech will be title: "A Technician's Perspective on Food Safety in Food Factories" delivered by the Director of Nakai Technical Institute, Toshio Nakai. Dr Nakai will provide information on food safety under the theme "Food safety: prepare for the unexpected."
