I am pleased to submit the good practice titled “SEKAR DESA: Empowering Youth for Participation in Village-Level Planning and Budgeting” for consideration by the FSN Forum. This initiative, co-led by Plan International Indonesia and Seknas Fitra was implemented in rural Indonesia, demonstrates how empowering youth, particularly young women and marginalized groups, can lead to their meaningful participation in local governance processes.
