Article 123: “All children shall enjoy the benefits of social security and education. Every child shall have the right to grow and develop in good health, for whom special care shall be given during the prenatal period, as much for the child as for the mother, both being entitled to food, housing, education, recreation, exercise and adequate medical services.”

Article 347: "Agricultural production must be preferably aimed at satisfying the food requirements of the Honduran population, within the framework of a policy of adequate supply and fair prices for the producer and the consumer."

Article 16: "All international treaties must be approved by the National Congress before their ratification by the Executive Power. International treaties entered into by Honduras with other States form part of the domestic law as soon as they enter into force."

Article 17: "When an International Treaty affects a constitutional provision, it shall be approved through the procedure governing Constitutional amendments. At the same time, the respective constitutional provision shall be modified through the same procedure before the International Treaty is ratified by the Executive Power."

Article 18: “In case of conflict between the treaty or convention, and the law, the former shall prevail.”

国家政策指导性原则

Article 25: “The DPRK regards the steady improvement of the material and cultural standards of the people as the supreme principle of its activities. The constantly-increasing material wealth of society in our country, where taxes have been abolished, is used entirely for promoting the well-being of the working people. The State shall provide all working people with every condition for obtaining food, clothing and housing.”

Article 15: "The DPRK shall champion the democratic, national rights of Koreans overseas and their rights recognized by the international law."

Article 8: “The social system of the DPRK is a people-centered system under which the working people are masters of everything, and everything in society serves the working people. The state shall safeguard the interests of, and respect and protect the human rights of the working people.”

Article 15: “The DPRK shall protect the democratic national rights of Korean compatriots overseas and their legitimate rights and interests as recognized by international law.”

Article 27:
(1) The Directive Principles of State Policy herein contained shall guide Parliament, the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the enactment of laws and the governance of Sri Lanka for the establishment of a just and free society.
(2) The State is pledged to establish in Sri Lanka a democratic socialist society, the objectives of which include –
a. the full realization of the fundamental rights and freedoms of all persons; b. the promotion of the welfare of the People by securing and protecting as effectively as it may, a social order in which justice (social, economic and political) shall guide all the institutions of the national life; c. the realization by all citizens of an adequate standard of living for themselves and their families, including adequate food, clothing and housing, the continuous improvement of living conditions and the full enjoyment of leisure and social and cultural opportunities; d. the rapid development of the whole country by means of public and private economic activity and by laws prescribing such planning and controls as may be expedient for directing and co-ordinating such public and private economic activity towards social objectives and the public weal; e. the equitable distribution among all citizens of the material resources of the community and the social product, so as best to subserve the common good; f. the establishment of a just social order in which the means of production, distribution and exchange are not concentrated and centralised in the State, State agencies or in the hands of a privileged few, but are dispersed among and owned by, all the People of Sri Lanka; g. raising the moral and cultural standards of the People and ensuring the full development of human personality; and h. the complete eradication of illiteracy and the assurance to all persons of the right to universal and equal access to education at all levels.”

Article 95: “The State shall actively promote and maintain the welfare of the people by adopting, inter alia, policies aimed at the following:
(j) consistent planning to raise and maintain an acceptable level of nutrition and standard of living of the Namibian people and to improve public health”.

i. That the citizens (all of whom, men and women equally, have the right to an adequate means of livelihood) may through their occupations find the means of making reasonable provision for their domestic needs."

Article 12: Right to assistance when in need. - "Persons in need and unable to provide for themselves have the right to assistance and care, and to the financial means required for a decent standard of living."

a. the reliable provision of the population with foodstuffs;

Article 41:
"1. The Confederation and the Cantons shall, as a complement to personal responsibility and private initiative, endeavour to ensure that:
a. every person has access to social security;
d. every person who is fit to work can earn their living by working under fair conditions; 

2. The Confederation and Cantons shall endeavour to ensure that every person is protected against the economic consequences of old-age, invalidity, illness, accident, unemployment, maternity, being orphaned and being widowed."

Article 112:

"1.  The Confederation shall legislate on the Old-age, Survivors and Invalidity Insurance.
2.  In doing so, it shall adhere to the following principles: 
b. pensions must be sufficient to cover basic living expenses adequately"

Article 112a.1: "Confederation and Cantons shall pay supplementary benefits to people whose basic living expenses are not covered by benefits under the Old-age, Survivors and Invalidity Insurance. "

Article 113:

"1. The Confederation shall legislate for an occupational pension scheme.
2.  In doing so, it shall adhere to the following principles:
a. the occupational pension scheme, together with the Old-age, Survivors’ and Invalidity Insurance, enables the insured person to maintain his or her previous lifestyle in an appropriate manner."

Article 30: Right to development.
2. "The State shall take all necessary measures for the realization of the right to development. Such measures shall include, amongst other things, equality of opportunity for all in their access to basic resources, education, health services, food, shelter, employment and infrastructure."

Article 42.1: "Every person who is detained, including every sentenced prisoner, shall have the right - (b) to be detained under conditions consistent with human dignity, which shall include at least the provision of reading and writing materials, adequate nutrition and medical treatment at the expense of the State."

Article 13: “The State shall actively promote the welfare and development of  the people of Malawi by progressively adopting and implementing policies and legislation aimed at achieving the following goals:
(b) Nutrition: To achieve adequate nutrition for all in order to promote good health and self-sufficiency.”

Article 211.1: “Any international agreement ratified by an Act of Parliament shall form part of the law of the Republic if so provided for in the Act of Parliament ratifying the agreement."

Article 211.2: "International agreements entered into before the commencement of this Constitution and binding on the Republic shall form part of the law of the Republic, unless Parliament subsequently provides otherwise or the agreement otherwise lapses."

Article 211.3: "Customary international law, unless inconsistent with this Constitution or an Act of Parliament, shall have continued application."
