First up, The European Coordination of Let’s Liberate Diversity! and the Irish Seed Savers Association (ISSA), are together hosting a 3 days forum “to gather, exchange and learn together about cultivated diversity and dynamic seed management”. Already over 20 different workshops are proposed, with many more planned. Sign up at the link, where you can get a sneak peek of the draft programme. Event runs 26-28th October in Dublin, Ireland. ARC is the media partner for this event.

And in Marburg, Germany, 6-8th November, we will help out with an event that aims to be a rural bridge between sustainable agri and food policies in the EU. There, we will work with ABL, the Marburg kollektiv von MORGEN e.V (KoMo); Marburg Food Council (EMU); the City of Marburg; and the Municipality of Plessé (Loire-Atlantique, France) to share and learn, to break bread and build bridges, to explore relevant policy developments and work on the ground with food system and rural actors.

Little old ARC can only do and support so much. But we can all do and support the important, inclusive, sometimes tasty work of building better farming food and rural systems, to cope with what we face.
