Dr. Bita Farhang is  the Senior Advisor, Science and Sustainable Nutrition for Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) in Canada. She has over 10 years of experience in the dairy industry, with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of dairy science, nutrition, sustainability, and innovation. Bita holds a Ph.D. degree in Food Science from University of Guelph, Canada.
