This article tells the inspiring story of Mrs. Bouasy Sysavanh and her husband from Perb Village, Xiengkhouang Province, who struggled with underfed and unhealthy cattle due to limited grazing land. To address this challenge, they adopted improved fodder management with support from ASSET, planting nutritious grass species like sweet grass across one hectare. By carefully selecting grasses suited to their land and integrating fruit trees for shade and future income, they ensured year-round feed for their cows.
