Farmer Field School (FFS) is a participatory approach to farmer education that falls under the technical pillar of the “resilience funds” strategy. It is based on practical training during which participants visit a farm to conduct observations and analyses, and make recommendations to improve fish farming, market gardening, livestock management, and agricultural environment of producer groups.

Activities aim at resuming agricultural production through the distribution of seeds and tools to displaced rural communities affected by the 18-month conflict.
