On the opening of the second day of the 12th HLPE Steering Committee meeting, chaired by the CFS Chair, H.E. Amb. Amira Gornass, the HLPE Steering Committee voted unanimously Mr Patrick Caron as its new Chairperson and Ms Carol Kalafatic as its Vice-Chairperson.
