Sessions

CFS 50 featured a full-day ministerial segment on coordinating policy responses to the global food crisis – The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2022; endorse newly agreed Policy Recommendations on Promoting Youth Engagement and Employment in Agriculture and Food Systems for Food Security and Nutrition; and focused on boosting responsible investment in sustainable agriculture and food systems through a Global Thematic Event on the CFS Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems.

Additionally, the Plenary celebrated the International Day of Rural Women; reviewed the work of CFS and its HLPE-FSN toward 2030; and kickstarted the workstream on data collection and analysis for food security and nutrition.
