Workstream: In-depth debate on enhanced efforts to increase awareness, ownership, use and usefulness of CFS policy outcomes at all levels
A dialogue on strengthening the uptake of CFS policy products will take place on 13 June 2025 from 14.00 to 17.00 in a hybrid format (German Room, C269, FAO Headquarters, and Zoom Platform). The purpose of the meeting is to provide a space for CFS stakeholders to present the outcomes of their uptake activities, share progress and challenges encountered as well as discuss ways to improve the use of CFS policy products. Furthermore, this will represent an opportunity to collectively reflect on specific recommendations of the Action Plan as well as to plan future uptake activities and discussions, including at CFS 53.

An Open-Ended Working Group meeting will take place on 15 July 2024 from 14.00 to 17.00 in a hybrid format (German Room, C269, FAO Headquarters, and Zoom platform). Delegates that are planning to join in person are kindly requested to send their name to [email protected] by Thursday, 11 July COB.
The purpose of this meeting is to finalize the Action Plan to strengthen the uptake of the CFS policy agreements that has been circulated on 26 June.

The Zero Draft of the Action Plan has been prepared based on the outcomes of the Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) meeting held on 7 March and on the written inputs submitted by CFS stakeholders:

These inputs, together with the outcomes of the OEWG meeting scheduled on 29 April, will inform the preparation of the Final Version of the Action Plan that will be released in June.
