联合国气候变化框架公约第31次缔约方大会（COP31）将于2026年11月9日至20日在土耳其安塔利亚召开。此次大会是全球应对气候变化、保障当代和子孙后代粮食安全的重要里程碑。

对粮农组织而言，COP31提供了一个重要的合作平台，促进知识共享和决策，共同探讨农业粮食系统在气候行动中的关键作用。农业粮食系统解决方案即气候解决方案。作为气候行动的核心支柱，这些解决方案有助于增强韧性、支持适应气候变化、减少温室气体排放，同时保护生物多样性并确保人人享有粮食安全。

《联合国粮农组织气候变化战略》 实施行动计划（2026–2029年）

《2022–2031年粮农组织气候变化战略》（《战略》）通过系列《行动计划》实施。首份《行动计划》旨在推进2022–2025年实施工作。在《战略》制定期间举行了多次正式及非正式磋商期间，及2022年6月粮农组织理事会第一七〇届会议批准《战略》以来，粮农组织成员、高级管理层、技术司/处和权力下放办事处纷纷提出意见建议，《行动计划》从中获得有益指导。
