building a network for e-agriculture in Nigeria

My names are Salami Oshioke Abdullahi from Nigeria. I am particularly interested in geting involved in a network that will actively engage the mass of rural subsistence farmers who actually produces the bulk of all domestic consumption in Nigeria, who are in most cases shotchanged in terms of getting the price for their production. Building an effective mobile tele network could do the magic. but there is the network coverage problem and the language barrier. we are working on the establishment of small local networks in farming communities and them a network to feed the small local networks where the information will be presented in the form and language for effect in each locality.
