Hello! I am Laxmi Prasad Pant from the University of Guelph, Canada. I have been working on social innovation with specific reference to two South Asian countries, Nepal and India, and public private partnerships have become a piece of puzzle for me. This forum, Making e-agriculture Work through Public-Private Partnership in Asia reminds me J. Tainter's work (1988) on Collapse of Complex Societies. I am sure e-agriculture does not add complexity to our society provided social divides, such as digital divides, knowledge divides, social hierarchies and the divides between rich and poor, are addressed in public private partnerships.
