My professional qualifications major areas are Socio-Economic Development programs, Micro Finance, Agro projects/ finance, various SMEs in Sri Lankan, High Value agriculture Crop cultivation under low cost protected environment, Value chain development, Farmer Buy Back systems, Plantation Management and large Agricultural Project Management. I was selected to take part various types of mass scale/ minor projects and training courses where I could made valuable linkages which I would think definitely an added value for my professional career.

My experience in the economic/ entrepreneur development sector/ special program development spans around eight years, in various leading development organizations – ranging from expertise in designing and implementing of projects in several locations of the country, economic development including resource acquisition and management, strategic planning, Small and Medium Enterprises, capacity building.

During my period at Mercy Corp-USA based INGO, I also experienced working in the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit in view of developing standardized data collection tools for the Economic Opportunities program which was continued at UMCOR as National Program Coordinator based INGO, where I assisted in managing and monitoring of UMCOR global grant programs in Sri Lanka.
