Opeyemi Fuad Bolarinwa has over 3 years’ experience in Agriculture Value Chain Development in Nigeria. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria. His entrepreneurial journey began when he founded Bolanature World Limited in year 2015, manufacturing personal cares products and engage in Agribusiness. His first company is successfully running and funding his second startup Agroloaded (www.agroloaded.com). Agroloaded is an e-agricultural solution platform for anything Agricultural and central information platform established to empower and assist smallholder farmers by providing financial services, quality farm inputs and keeping them remotely connected to market to improve farmers yield and generate high returns for farmer’s supporters thereby boosting domestic production and achieve self-sufficiency. Opeyemi is a Team Lead at Agroloaded Technologies, where he focuses on building capacity of smallholder farmer. He is also in charge of disseminating new technology and development of rural agriculture beyond subsistence farming, to address food insecurity and poverty. He is an experienced farmer with special interest in maize and soybeans production for over 3 years, he is involved in setting up crops demonstration plots across various rural communities and taking students on agribusiness class which invariably attracted youths and women in practicing agribusiness. Opeyemi Bolarinwa goal is to reduce poverty, unemployment and food insecurity which are the major challenges in Africa. He is also motivated by the fact that you can enrich yourself and empower many youths and women and it's the most rewarding engagement. He is working on a digital solution for the agricultural last mile and improves smallholders’ financial inclusion, livelihood and climate resilience.
