Getting employment in Kenya is difficult. I tried my best to look for one after graduating back in 2013 but nothing seemed to turn up. I decided to get into farming in 2014 when all my employment applications failed to materialize. After seeing how profitable farming was, I created Graduate Farmer, an online agricultural platform to empower other young people who were finding it hard to get s job. It connects farmers to Practical "Hands On" Training, Farm Equipment and Supplies, Agricultural Information and Consultation through Four (4) connected platforms. The main aim of Graduate Farmer is to empower and guide the youth and women from becoming job seekers to creators through agribusiness and through our connected platforms we do this by providing them with all the necessary guidance they usually lack.

The platforms are:

Training Portal– This a platform that connects farmers to practical agricultural training and is accessed by going to training.graduatefarmer.co.ke

Blog Platform- This platform acts an information database point for farmers looking for information about farming. It can be accessed by going to graduatefarmer.co.ke

Consultation Portal- This platform connects farmers to expert advice and consultation services. It can be accessed by going to consult.gradautefarmer.co.ke

Farm Equipment and Supplies Portal- Farmers are able to purchase affordable farm supplies via this platform and have them delivered to their location. It can be accessed by going to market.graduatefarmer.co.ke
