I am a Senior Digital4Development expert with a 20+ years’ experience specializing in digital transformation in development programs with special attention to digital governance, youth employment, agriculture, and digital skills building. My key expertise lies in the design of digital strategies and feasibility of digital solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment. I conducted several multi-country feasibility and stocktaking studies, evaluations, and provides technical assistance and capacity building to country programmes. I have an education in economics and business administration, my most recent assignments include a multi-country programme in Rural Youth Employment including technical assistance in digital business models and digital solution selection for GIZ, a stocktaking study of digital agriculture innovations, policies and digital skills in the SADC Region for CCARDESA / World Bank and an e-Governance feasibility study in Pakistan for KfW. Smart Resultancy (my company) endorse the principles of digital development, I am a member of the Capacity Development Group of the Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition (GODAN) and I am actively involved in the growing debate on the potential of digitalisation in development cooperation.
