Born and raised in Manila, Philippines.  I am 47 years of age (as of registration, 15 April 2015).  Educated in an Institutional College in Quezon City, Philppines.  Took up Bachelors Degree in Management.

Joined Philippine Department of Agriculture in 1988 and held various positions and were given several responsibilities.

Currently engaged in information management as a writer/ contributor to an agricultural research magazine.
