Working with Farmers and government for promotion of Organic manure as substitute of Chemical Fertilizers in India . Initiated the process of promotion of Phosphate Rich Organic Manure PROM with Government of Gambia , Bissau and Kenya . Assessing influence and efficacy of Phosphate Rich Organic Manure PROM with Farmers succesfully witnessed in various crops viz. . Rice , Wheat , Groundnut , Cotton , Citrus , Cauliflower , Potato , Chili , Peas , Garlic and Apple . Sharing the feedback with farmer/s next door has been the approach to induce farmers for usage of PROM ( Phosphate Rich Organic Manure ) as viable substitute of chemical P&K fertilizer grades ( Di Ammonium Phosphate DAP ,in particular ) .

PREVIOUSLY : Actively involved with reviews of PROM by Government of India . Also Worked on mobile based Fertilizer monitor system with NIC, and DoF ,Government of India for modules involving visibility of fertilizers at Retailers level . Represented ( Invitee member from private sector of Fertilizer industry ) in Task force on direct transfer of Subsidy to Farmers.

Working on Development of a mobile based modules - boarding process to financial inclusion for direct benefit transfer of subsidy to farmers in India - involving stakeholders - FARMER - f , ADHAAR - a , BANK - b ,RETAILER - r and COCKPIT COORDINATOR -c [ fabrc ] website www.myfabrc.com , Seeking institutional support for development of mobile application program and implementation of same , as a data tool to integrate the interest of Farmers involving stakeholders in under developed countries.
