A total work experience of 18 year has been concentrated on Natural resource management, Participatory planning and Management, Monitoring and evaluation, strengthening of Local Institution, network management and identification of Livelihood option for rural community in semi-arid region of central India.

As a development anchor closely associated with projects and programme on integrated farming system, Watershed management, Climate change, women empowerment, promotion of farmer producer organization, financial inclusion for women and farmers in semi-arid region of central India particularly Bundelkhand and Vindhyachal.

Also taken up the lead as an individual capacity to strengthen and representing the CSO community in area of Climate change and Natural Resource management and building (Bundelkhand Knowledge platform, UNEP, Approtech Asia, UNFCC and CANSA).

Traveled across Asia and Europe for sharing natural resource management knowledge connect to practices and policy interface in different forum (Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia and France)

Act as observer in CoP21 in Paris on negotiation of climate change and shared learning on Agro forestry and watershed. 

Act as a representative of civil society organisation in NABARD steering committee of Tribal Development Programme and Watershed Management, State watershed committee of Government of M.P.

Lead civil society organisation (CSO) and act as a Convener of Bundelkhand Knowledge Platform (bkpindia.net), a CSO network in Bundelkhand (U.P and M.P) for knowledge sharing and development about climate change
