Vinh Nguyen is a community development practitioner and now is the Director of STG, a local NGO. He used to be a senior researcher at National Institute of Agricultural Planning and Projection of Vietnam. He has strong educational background in community development and nearly 20 years of working experiences in local economic development, agricultural and rural development planning and natural resources management. For Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) facilitation experience, Vinh studied ABCD at Coady International Institute (COADY) in 2006. He then has worked with other COADY’s alumni to Vietnamize all ABCD training manuals and begun to facilitate ABCD to different provinces and cities in Vietnam since 2008 to date.
