Online food shopping is the focus of a webinar by Italy’s association of food safety professionals
The Italian National Association of Food Safety Professionals, UNPISI, is organizing a webinar for World Food Safety Day. The 2.5-hour event will be titled “Cyber food controls: the new frontiers of official controls” and it will take place on 7 June, at 14:30 CET (12:30 GMT). This webinar will focus on how food safety can be maintained within online food markets, which have seen a phenomenal increase in demand during the pandemic.
The target audience for this event is health professionals, HACCP consultants and entrepreneurs, with the hope of addressing e-commerce issues and the regulatory obligations and responsibilities of food sector operators related to online sales.
