Expert workshop in Bonn advances development of the Land Investment Targeting Toolkit

FAO's land and water division, represented by the Geospatial Unit and Soil information and data teams, was invited to present an initial analytical framework and demonstrate a prototype of the proposed toolkit. The workshop marked an important step toward the creation of a country-driven global decision-support infrastructure that can help direct investments to areas where they can generate the greatest benefits for land, agriculture and communities.
