Advocacy and communication

FAO's Sustainable and Circular Bioeconomy programme uses different channels for advocacy and communication, including the International Sustainable Bioeconomy Working Group (ISBWG), International Bioeconomy Forum (IBF), and International Advisory Committee; participates and co-organizes global and regional conferences and workshops, such as at the Global Bioeconomy Summit in 2015, 2018 and 2020 and the Climate Change Conference in 2019 (COP 25) Achieving NDC targets through South-South and triangular cooperation on bioeconomy side event.
