Online support
The Global Capacity Development Programme also provides for a full-time Help Desk, financed by the European Union, to support in the implementation of the PSMA Global Information Exchange System (GIES).
The main two types of online support offered by the Help Desk can be summarized as:
- Training on the use of the system, and
- Assistance on information requirements, standards and procedures.
Support is provided mainly through:
- Video calls, and
- Feedback through email.
