Since achieving his Ph.D. in woodland ecology in 1990, David Everard has worked in a wide range of Southern African forest and woodland ecosystems. He is currently Divisional Environmental Manager for Sappi Forests where he is responsible for the sustainable management and certification of Sappi Forests’activities.
