تُعدّ بيانات الأمن الغذائي وتحليل المخاطر المتصلة بالزراعة الحسنة التوقيت والدقيقة أمرًا أساسيًا لدعم وتحفيز برامج الطوارئ وتعزيز القدرة على الصمود القائمة على الأدلة في منظمة الأغذية والزراعة.

ويشمل ذلك ما يلي:

  • فهم أوجه الضعف وانعدام الأمن الغذائي
  • ومراقبة المخاطر والمحفزات ونظم الإنذار المبكر
  • وتوقع الصدمات وخطط العمل الاستباقية
  • وتقييم الاحتياجات في حالات الطوارئ وتحليل الاستجابة لها
  • وتقييم الاحتياجات ما بعد الكوارث وتحليل التعافي
