PGS – enabling organic production system for small holders
Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS) have been established to help the hundreds of smallholder farmers in India who are unable to gain cost-prohibitive certifications for organic farming. This profile outlines cases where PGS has helped all of the stakeholders in the organic supply chain.
