Promotion of healthy, organic practices in order to safeguard our environment. To promote and develop linkage with related national and international institutions/organizations/societies. Initiate training programs and campaigns in order to disseminate information about the importance of horticulture. To increase the opportunities of employment for young aspiring individuals. To encourage small farmers and entrepreneurs to undertake commercial Horticulture production and ultimately endeavors poverty alleviation. To help upgrade the production, management, and marketing skills. To conduct all kinds of flower exhibitions, expo, competitions, and conferences for promoting the rising and flourishing development of floriculture industry in Bhutan. To Provide advisory supports and advocate & lobby on behalf of the Horticulture sector in formulating appropriate policies, laws, acts, plans, and programs for promotion and development of Horticulture.
