Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses

GENERAL INFORMATION

The 41st Session of the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses will be held at the InterContinental Hotel from 24-29 November 2019. The opening session will commence at 10:00 am on Sunday, 24 November, 2019.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, Spanish and German during the meeting.
The interpreters ask the delegates to provide all pre-formulated comments in advance (printed or per email to ccnfsdu@bmel.bund.de).

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 24 October 2019.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Points of Observer Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact codex@fao.org.
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCNFSDU Secretariat.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

At the meeting, participants will be able to complete the mandatory second part of the registration procedure. This will take place in the Ballroom foyer at the conference level:
Saturday, 23 November 2019, starting at 8 am
Sunday, 24 November 2019, starting at 8 am
The participants will receive identification badges and all necessary organizational information. Identification badges must be visible and worn during the whole meeting.

PHYSICAL WORKING GROUP

The Physical Working Group on the mechanism / framework for considering the technological justification of food additives will be held on Saturday, 23 November, 2019 from 9:00 to 15:00.

DOCUMENTS

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish and will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
Conference Room Documents will be available electronically during the session. The Report of the Physical Working Group and the draft Report of the 41st session of CCNFSDU will be available in the Conference Room.
