Food Control - Import notifications of seaweed (2019 – 2021)
There were recorded 30 cases of import notifications in Australia from 2019 to 2021. All the cases were due to chemical issues: the main reason of import notifications was the presence of iodine with 27 cases, it was followed by arsenic with three cases.
