FAO facilitated the ninth Advisory Board Meeting of the Indian Network for Fishery and Animal Antimicrobial Resistance (INFAAR) on December 07, 2022 at Kolkata. The meeting saw participation from senior officials of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR); Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) focal points from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR); USAID officials; and Antimicrobial Use Specialist from FAO Regional Office and AMR Emergency Centre for Transboundary Animal Diseases (ECTAD) team from FAO India.

The Advisory Board reviewed the work done through INFAAR. FAO contributions were appreciated by the Advisory Board.
