The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Representation for Jamaica, the Bahamas and Belize is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for a National Legal Consultant in the Bahamas.

The Consultancy is opened only to nationals of the Bahamas and will comprise of thirty (30) working days over a period of six months not exceeding 30 June 2020.

Minimum requirements include an advanced university degree in Law and five (5) years relevant work experience in the area of trade legislation, WTO trading rules and drafting legal instruments for the Government.

To submit an application, or for further information, such as a Terms of Reference (ToR) detailing the objectives, tasks and expected outputs, interested and suitably qualified applicants are asked to send an e-mail to [email protected] with the caption: National Legal Consultant.
