Launching of the Fifth-round of Data in Emergencies (DIEM) Monitoring in Lebanon

08/11/2023

FAO Lebanon and DIEM are pleased to share the brief for the fifth-round of Data in Emergencies (DIEM) Monitoring in Lebanon. This brief presents the main findings of the assessment conducted between August and September 2023, in close collaboration with Lebanon’s Ministry of Agriculture. The assessment targeted a sample of 1 050 agricultural households across Lebanon’s governorates. The brief also presents recommendations for humanitarian actors for their planning and implementation of data-driven programmes to sustain agricultural livelihoods and build the resilience of agricultural households to future shocks, improving the food security of those living in rural areas. In addition to reading the brief, we welcome you to explore the dashboard and all of the DIEM publications produced with FAO Lebanon.
