Food fraud research

LEGN is collaborating with the Food Safety and Quality Unit and the Fisheries Division in FAO, as well as the Resnick Centre for Food Law and Policy,  University of California (UCLA) School of Law, in the development of a Legal Paper on Food Fraud. As part of this collaboration, LEGN contributed to the organization of an expert meeting at HQ in November 2019, to analyze different issues related to the definition and complexity of food fraud and its legal implications.
