Article 6.1: “The Constitution of Georgia shall be the supreme law of the state. All other legal acts shall correspond to the Constitution. 

Article 6.2: An international treaty or agreement of Georgia unless it contradicts the Constitution of Georgia, the Constitutional Agreement, shall take precedence over domestic normative acts. (change added by the Constitutional Law of Georgia of 30 March 2001).”

Article 39: “The Constitution of Georgia shall not deny other universally recognised rights, freedoms and guarantees of an individual and a citizen, which are not referred to herein but stem inherently from the principles of the Constitution.”

Article 91: 
1. After promulgation thereof in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dziennik Ustaw), a ratified international agreement shall constitute part of the domestic legal order and shall be applied directly, unless its application depends on the enactment of a statute.
2. An international agreement ratified upon prior consent granted by statute shall have precedence over statutes if such an agreement cannot be reconciled with the provisions of such statutes.

3. If an agreement, ratified by the Republic of Poland, establishing an international organization so provides, the laws established by it shall be applied directly and have precedence in the event of a conflict of laws."

1. Ratyfikowana umowa międzynarodowa, po jej ogłoszeniu w Dzienniku Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, stanowi część krajowego porządku prawnego i jest bezpośrednio stosowana, chyba że jej stosowanie jest uzależnione od wydania ustawy. 
2. Umowa międzynarodowa ratyfikowana za uprzednią zgodą wyrażoną w ustawie ma pierwszeństwo przed ustawą, jeżeli ustawy tej nie da się pogodzić z umową. 

3. Jeżeli wynika to z ratyfikowanej przez Rzeczpospolitą Polską umowy konstytuującej organizację międzynarodową, prawo przez nią stanowione jest stosowane bezpośrednio, mając pierwszeństwo w przypadku kolizji z ustawami."

(f) to education, health care services, nutrition and shelter.”

Article 50.5: "[...] (d) right to conditions of detention that are consistent with human dignity, including the opportunity for physical exercise and the provision, at State expense, of adequate accommodation, ablution facilities, personal hygiene, nutrition, appropriate reading material and medical treatment)."

Article 3 (1): “Zimbabwe is founded on respect for the following values and principles –

Article 11: “The State must take all practical measures to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in Chapter 4 and to promote their full realisation and fulfillment.”

Article 15: “The State must – 
(a) encourage people to grow and store adequate food; 
(b) secure the establishment of adequate food reserves; and 
(c) encourage and promote adequate and proper nutrition through mass education and other appropriate means.” 

Article 21 (2): “The State and all institutions and agencies of government at every level must endeavour, within the limits of the resources available to them 
(b) to provide facilities, food and social care for elderly persons who are in need.”
