A Market Facilitator’s Guide to Participatory Agroenterprise Development

This manual’s main aim is to provide guidance, using a participatory process, in identifying viable market opportunities that are sustainable and can improve the incomes of rural famers, farmer groups and other rural entrepreneurs like processors and traders. The intent is to provide trainers with skills that can be help develop agents within rural communities and farmer groups assess market opportunities and develop new agro enterprises.  The manual is composed of 11 sections and the results of one section can be used as a starting point for the next section. It has been field tested and successfully used as a training progamme.
