Poster contest
And the winners of the scientific poster contest are…
First Place: Martha Marina Bolaños-Benavides et al. (Colombia) - ‘Biodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizae and chemical properties in soils of the Colombian coffee zone’
Second Place: Ontivero R.E. et al. (Argentina) - ‘Fungal community assembly in soils of different crops farming in North Argentina’,
Third Place: Oswaldo Julio Vischi Filho et al. (Brazil) - ‘Comparison between soil biodiversity at Rio da Garça (degraded watershed) and Ribeirão Arrependido (preserved watershed)’.
From the first day of the symposium, participants were asked to give their opinion and vote for their favorite scientific poster. Along with their posters, some authors also produced a short video explaining their work. GSOBI participants selected the winners of the poster contest by voting for their favourite. The three best posters were announced on the last day of the Symposium (22 April 2021) and won GSOBI prizes.
