This blueprint conveys the findings of the food systems mapping exercise, carried out through the bottom-up venture building process which starts with an intensive problem loving phase: during the August 2023 Rootical Food System Leadership bootcamp, 40 Ugandans (50% women) engaged in a comprehensive training and participatory food system analysis and identifies key design opportunities for building transformational agri-food businesses.
