Mahmud Duwayri
Mahmud Duwayri is presently a freelance consultant working to enhance food security and strengthen work on water, food, and energy and environment nexus and improve agricultural higher education curricula to meet future needs.

Duwayri was a faculty member of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jordan during the period 1973 - 2016. During his career, he occupied many positions:

- Director, Plant Production and Protection Division, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Rome – Italy, January 1998 – June 2001.

- Director General, National Center for Agriculture Research and Technology Transfer (NCARTT), Amman – Jordan, September 1992 – September 1994.
