The side event “Sharing good practices for soil governance: experiences from Colombia in the use of agrological information for rural cadastre and agri‑food sustainability” will present national experiences on soil governance and the use of agrological information. It aims to promote technical and policy dialogue on sustainable soil management, strengthen regional and South–South exchange, and highlight replicable approaches for integrating soil data into policy and planning. The event also contributes to ongoing discussions on reinforcing the science–policy interface and improving the use of soil information for decision‑making.
