The National Center for Plant Pest and Animal Disease Prevention and Control (Waqa’) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with the Commission for Controlling the Desert Locust in the Central Region (CRC), is organizing a national training course on desert locust control and campaign organization, to be held from December 14-18, 2025. During the course, 16 agricultural specialists will be trained on topics related to locust control operations, focusing on the safest and most environmentally friendly methods controlling methods.
