Blaise Kuemlangan is the Chief of the Development Law Service at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Specializing in the Law of the Sea and fisheries law, Blaise supports countries in strengthening legislation related to fisheries management, monitoring, control, surveillance, and enforcement.
