Dear All, I'm part of the InfoAndina Team, which is the information and communication program from CONDESAN. Regarding the Q2, the most value to me when you visit portals, is to find a simple search option, as google, that help me easily to get resources. After that, this search option would bring me some alternative that tuning up my searching interest (semantic web)
