粮农组织在信息披露门户网站披露项目文件和环境及社会风险管理计划，以此作为其努力的一部分，以确保对利益相关方保持透明，并为其提供参与到粮农组织工作之中的机会。根据粮农组织《环境和社会管理框架》规定的要求，粮农组织力求及时提供与环境和社会风险管理相关的项目层面信息。文件一旦定稿，在项目开始实施之前即公之于众。
